Want to wire new kt throttle/display to original 8 pin lead to wiring harness. Save a lot of others a lot of money with OEM s1 parts overpriced or unavailable

I don’t think the stock controller is made by KT. Did you replace it?

It isn't wasn't sure of the complexity in wiring each function from a KT throttle/display to the stock pin connector

Displays are manufacturer specific, and can be model specific. Usually both for factory e-bikes.
You’ll need to replace the controller with a KT model.
