BUT look at the state of my bloody crate!
The damage done:

I will be demanding my money back, or at least the replacement cost of the fairing...
Anyway, the rebuilding of Voltron begins. New Agni motors (the 111R versions, which deliver a higher continuous power) and maybe a bit of crash proofing around them. Oh, and a new fibreglass tail piece

Man, that is sad. I feel the pain on that one.
I thought we had an exclusive on idiot freight handlers. How surprised I am to learn the disease is universal. They once destroyed a $10K Diesel on me, which arrive in a beautiful crate without a scratch on it. Luckily the seller send me a picture of the crate he built of screwed together 4X4 & 3/4" plywood. The crate we received was nailed together, 2X2 and 5/8" chip board. The cheap idiot, who dropped it off the lift truck, hung himself for $100 worth of wood. At least he lost his job for lying.

Well today I sold the last remaining bits of Voltron. The frame, completely stripped of it's parts was sold to a two-stroke enthusiast for $20. I said he was taking it home regardless cause I didn't want it on the shed any more :D

From her early days as a rolling wreck to her glory days at Winton Raceway, to her twilight days in my shed, and back into someone else's shed to become another bike again, it's been a fun adventure :)

I still have the fuse box, key switch and lots of wiring, but the rest has found a new life somewhere else.

The batteries went to Electric Autos, and they've gone into a pair of E-max scooters (that go really good!)
The controller went to Ed (EV Cycle) for his old-school E-racing in the USA
The Cycle Analyst went to Jon (Catavolt) for his cell testing rig.
The YGS shock went to Splinter Oz and his Electric RG
The front end, wheels, brakes, footpegs and handlebars went to a guy doing an old 250 restoration
The chain and sprockets went to Cheeseboy's build.
The motor mounts and chargers went to Unheardofinstruments in Nimbin for his projects (either an RZ or a small car)
And the frame and seat went to a guy who wants to restore another two-stroke Suzuki.

And all of this makes way for Voltron II - Voltron Evo. Stay tuned

That makes me wanna jump to building emoto :? . Got to tighten the belt to save $$ though :(
Inspiring one... Two thumbs up

Hello,

Is the red BMS custom, or can I find them somewhere online?

Thanks.

Kind regards.

Holy thread revival!

The BMS came from EV Power here in Western Australia. www.ev-power.com.au
