Finally got my pie back on the road,,

Using lyen 12 fet sensorless(internal controller and hall wires removed).
Using 50a andersons connectors for the phase and battery. Battery wires ar e12 and 10awg.
The pie is Rewired with 12awg phase cables.
67v , 16s lipo multistar 10ah pack.
Limited to 50a , seeing 3000w on the CA.

All good for the first 10 to 15 minutes, then it stops pulling the 50a and goes down to about 35-40a max on take off. Motor covers get hot by this time and the motor kind of has a pulsing/oscillating effect. With this pulsing it feels like there is a magnetic cogging feel to it.

I am just overheating it?

It wasn't caused by overheating..... This was the problem... https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=73038
