Yes, and he certainly has never had to put together a full capital proposal for one with investment schedules, ROI and growth strategy.dnmun said:wow, speedy never worked in a production plant, that's for sure. ....
Or planned out crewing rosters for 24/7 operation and maintenance downtime whilst maintaining customer supply AND minimum stock levels...let alone have to manage and ensure plant utilisation never falls below 90%
Product quality is ensured by only using quality assured raw materials, processes that are capability proven, and trained operators with standardized operating procedures.
I have seen people like Speedmd , who think have worked in production factories, visit a high speed manufacturing plant and be completely stunned by the sight of true MASS production..measured in many millions of precision products per day converted from raw metal to finished, inspected, protected, packed and shipped in one continuous non stop process.
You dont think commercial trucks run 24/7 ?? stay awake a few nights !
..Your man with the shovel stockpiling ore, has either over capitalized in shovel capacity ( should have bought a smaller one) or has under capitalized in the processing plant ( or he is not running it at night ?)
I say again , no modrn manufacturing process plant can afford to have manufacturing facilities standing idle.. or running below optimum capacity, the bean counter who control all things, will not allow it !
