1/2 hp intermittent, on 24 volts, drawing 90 amperes at the 1hp load.
I am running it on 36 volts at this time.

Must be Quad week. See the other post about this subject here. In a nutshell 4 wheelers of this genre are classed as vehicles, not cycles, and not legal on public roads. Unless you want to get DOT approval that is.
