hi
i am assembling a 13s4p makita vtc4 battery with a bms.

Now taht i still am inside the battery, is there something i should consider to avoir having to reopen it?

for example in this video at 1min50 he has and unknowed gadget that seems to need 2 small wires. what is it and what exactly is a usefull practical gadnet to put on my battery?

The title says it is a battery meter. After he plugs it in, it shows the current voltage of the pack, and also a bar graph to indicate the rough capacity left in it.

You could also consider adding a temperature probe with a digital readout.

hi
that is a good idea a temperature probe . it this what you are thinking about or something that has to have a wire out of the beattery?
1.5M Mini Digital Thermometer Hygrometer Temperature Humidity Moisture Sensor Meter Thermal Temperature Tester Detector Monitor

about the battery meter i find it kind of weird that the are not closed gadgets, im my mind, since it will be outside, it need to be water proof. i didnot find any do you have some to sugget? i only Found

would anyone have a easy to install battery eat probe that has made its proofs?

Also i see that the positive end of the battery has 2 destination. I see 3 different ways to do it

what is he best way and avandgte disadvantage of those ways.
1 y at beginning
2 the cable positive goes in and out a module
3 y at the end

Is there a single display that I can mount remotely from the battery that would show a 'fuel gauge' and battery temperature readout?

I haven't come across one yet.
Loads of cheap voltage displays that can be wired in.

Double/triple check all voltage readings before shrinking.

This is inexpensive, but not remote.

What you are looking for is a cycle analyst to show temperature/voltage/current but they aren't cheap. see www.ebikes.ca

And on the question of where to Y, it's a hard to determine what you are asking for due to a confusing drawing and language translations. As a rule of thumb, you want the wires between the battery and the controller to be a short and thick as possible. Charge wires can be longer and thinner. Also, many BMS's now include a temperature probe that will shut make it shut off the power if the temperature gets too high.

If that doesn't help can you rephrase your question?

THE THING IS THAT I WANT TO AVOID LONG HANGING WIRES HANGING OF MY PACK BOTH BECAUSE IT IS COMBERSOME AND COST MORE GAGE 10 WIRE. I IMAGINE THAT MY CHARCHING CONNECTOR CAN BE GLUED ON MY PACK AND IT WOULD BE THE CHARGER S CABLE THAT WOULD BE REACHINGG TO IT? CAN I DO THE SAME FOR THE MOTOR CONNECTOR LIKE IT WOULD BE GLUED ON MY PACK AND JUST CONNECT IT WHEN USING IT? I DONT KNOW WHERE TO PLACE THE CONTROLER. IS THIS A WATERPROOF THING WITHOUT DISPLAY ON IT? OR I HAVE TO PLACE IT ON MY HANDLE BAR.USING KT CONTROLER.

THIS DEVICE SEEMS USEFULL BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW TEMPERATURE. CYCLE ANALYST IS TO EXPENSIVE. IS THERE A TEMPERATURE GADGET THAT I CAN PLACE INSIDE THE PACK THAT IS CHEAP?

THE BMS I USE IS THIS ONE CAN YOU TELL IF IT HAS A TEMPERATURE PROBE IN IT ? IT WILL BE GLUES ON THE PACK DIRECTLY INSIDE HEAT SHRINK
