Thumb throttle pinout

I just purchased a thumb control from http://california-ebike.com/ for my papa motors controller and was wondering what the controller pinout is. I'm guessing that red is +5v, black is - and white is the variance voltage. I have a pinout for the controller, but I would hate to fry the throttle before getting to use it.

You won't fry anything, test each one if You don't have any matching color, it's safe Voltage, You will find only one working combination

Keep wheel off the ground when testing for proper combo.
