Tri Hybrid Bicycle ?

If I scrapped the engine , and had a 1000 watt motor .... would this be a "bicycle" under California law ?

I dont know about California law ?
but this Yikebike was reported to hit our UK streets in June

The one thing the inventor forgot about with our law is ...... If it doesn't have pedals its not classed as a bicycle and would not be allowed on the road.

I dont think it would be long before someone got creamed on one anyway if it were to be allowed on the uk roads.
