I have had an ongoing problem with a very high dollar electric bike I purchased a long time ago. I am wondering if I can put my difficulties out to the forum? I am interested in naming the manufacturer and telling the world how my unusable electric bike if being handled.

Am I allowed to do that? Put the bike makers name out here.

Is this regarding your ecospeed?

I don't think ES mods censor "who, what, when and where" posts as long as you merely provide what's happened and where things currently stand.

Possible the manufacturer writes you off for taking the nuclear option but I for one appreciate a sincere recounting of transactions as long as the end user offers a complete picture. Of course, there's always two sides to every transaction so....

Welcome to ES****Do this before your first post or now (it's retroactive)*****
Please go to the User Control Panel, select Profile, and then enter your city, state/province, and country into the Location field (country minimum) and save it. This will help people help you. Example: Wylie, TX, USA. or just USA, but country as a minimum, and country is the most important. There are many cities with the same name all over the world. Without knowing what country you are in it's hard to make any recommendations. Thank you.

why not post up what the problem is and what you have done so we can evaluate whether you really have a problem? if you just wanna slander someone that happens all the time but if you make silly claims of course people will point it out to you and you may not like that either.

What we will censor, is when you start calling the person who sold you the thing names.

Racial epithets, general slander kind of stuff. You will have to support your story with some kind of credible evidence that you didn't just go break it. You can't just come here and say " don't buy from so and so, they suck", and then not support that statement in some way.

Or, we might get rid of your spew if you change your story enough for us to tell that you are not honest about your problems.

But if you have a legit gripe, gripe away, and please, do tell us who sold you a bad product. We do need to know who has good CS, and who doesn't. We also need to know who won't put up with a customer from hell, just in case we should become one some time.

So tell us your story, and let each reader decide which it is, vendor from hell, or customer from hell.

Ok thanks for the feedback. I am going to wait for the 6th. That is when the company gets back from its holiday time. If I don't get this thing resolved I will for sure come to this forum for assistance.

This is indeed the time of year when some patience is needed. Chinese new year really messes up shipping even worse.

I just bought some new batteries, hoping for a smoother experience post December. But it may just mean that I just ordered out of stock items. Despite the web site saying it's in stock.

what kind of assistance?

we can help you figure out what is wrong with your ebike, but first you have to explain what is wrong.

so why do you have to wait until the 6th to explain what the problem is with your ebike?
