Hi all;
background I have 2 runnig TSDZ2 (but currently not accessible for me for the next 1/2 year....) And I now bought a broken one for spares.
Seller stated 'broken Torque Sensor'.
I checked the motor and it works in 6 km/h mode, which is good. But it does not react on Torque (like the seller stated).
So I dismanteled it - but the torque sensor with its coils look optically / mechanically good to me.
To start try to identify the root cause of the problem: I measured 2 Ohms for the coil, which is connected to the controller.
Can someone confirm that value? Is 2 Ohms a typical reading for a good coil?
Thanks for your help

Anybody?
Just need a confirmation, if coil resistance of the stationary coils is about 2 Ohms (DC measurement)

I could confirm already that the controller side is ok - it even reacts properly on sensing 'torque'; I fake torque by adding a 20nF capacitor in parallel to the coil, so the measured current (of the 150kHz AC signal from the controller) is increasing - which is the fake torque signal.

Really puzzeled, since the coils look ok...

.... to answer my own questions:
I was super-lucky and found someone in the neighborhood(!) selling a new stationary coil.
Just installed it and - motor & torque-sensor work again!

If someone else encounters similar problems w/ the torquesensor in the future:

Appereantly even a little unevenness of the coil (it was just 0.5mm height-wobble - or is it called 'lateral runout'?) is appereantly enough for the sensor to malfunction. I thought that the 3 springs give enough pressure to compensate - but they don't.
-> Buy a new ring, when the old one shows 'lateral runout'
