TSDZ2 noise and lubrification

Hello everybody,
I have TSDZ2B 750w 48v 860c Emmabusa from few month and the motor was quiet to the beginning. But he become noisy. No crank, this is a continuous noise when motor run.
I think that I burn motor with too long high power session...
I have open it, all seems ok.
I remount it, no more noise, like new !
I just re-put the greas on the motor gear.
Anyone does have the same problem ?
