Hello
i ve got a problem with my TSDZ2 : when i turn on TSDZ2 : the display lights up 1 second. See video :

i've got a second bike with TSDZ2 and when i try the first VLCD5 on the second bike, it's work well, and when i plug the second VLCD5 on the fist bike, i see the problem shown on video...

the problem comes from the motor...Someone can help me ?

thanks for the advice : when i test with another battery : TSDZ2 work well...so it's the battery....

the voltage of the battery unplugged is at 36v + when i charge it : the voltage is 42v but the power charger LED is GREEN as the battery is full...is it the charging controller on the battery is HS ?

I would expect that your charger works on the other battery and there's something wrong with the first one, You'll want to replace it. Here's my guess on what's happening.

Ebike batteries disconnect the internal cells from the power pins if any of the cells are too low in voltage. When this happens, you normally see no voltage on the output, but sometimes there is some charge leaking . When you power up the VLCD5, there's enough charge to light it briefly, but then it's gone.

Meanwhile, you're measuring 36V, which semms normal, but that is the overall voltage of all the cells. There still can be cells that are under the minimum level, which is why the battery shut down,

When you plug in the charger, the battery will not allow it to pass current, so its light stays green. The output should be zero. but the same charge leak is letting the charger voltage show up there.

Anyway, it's just a guess. Good luck,
