Here's how I received my 2 last orders from HK

Fortunately the Lipo was well packaged inside and survived unharmed. There was even a letter of apology in the box on the right from CanadaPost stating that they had received the package in that state from China (speedpost?)

Did you dare look inside? or just send the whole lot straight back?

He said everything inside was packaged well and arrived undamaged.

As long as you are shipping it hazmat, slap a few "Explosives" stickers on it. They get slightly better handling

I got this amusing email from HK customer support today

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email and sorry for delay.

I've checked your order, there's still no updates for the investigation procedure.

Please kindly wait, the investigation time is maximum 2 mouths.

I guess HK's left hand doesn't realise their right hand has already reimbursed me!

I've already spent my $50 refund on 8 more packs :p

I doubt they'd sent more batteries, that'd cost them postage. A simple refund only costs them the initial sale price.
