Any cheap 500-1000w clone motor kit from Ebay. yescom might be an option. Direct drive is a given, but it won't take too much motor to get that bike going fast and wild. Maybe start with the controller set for 1500 watts, then start increasing the power until the hospital bills get too high.
The only hard part will be the pedals. You'll have to ditch them, so you'll need foot pegs. Unfortunately, the axles on hub motors are made of soft steel, and won't take much force, so you're better off not using BMX style foot pegs on the axle. If you can't weld some pegs to the fork, they do make some universal motorcycle foot pegs that are meant to bolt onto round tubes.
That just leaves the battery. A hooligan bike needs a hooligan's battery. Something that can pump out the amps. This is where Lipo would shine, but it's also dangerous.
