Could make an argument from your results for motorized bikes being safer, and potentially more respected by drivers, since there's little or no physical penalty for having to stop-and-go, especially before a hill like in your video.

Do police officers there write tickets after observing a biker running stop signs like those?

Lol... That's awsome D !!

I'll do one of moncton NB, Canada this summer for sure..

My only real cycling experience has been in Acadieville and Moncton..

Acadieville.. = 80 km road, no back streets.. no stop sings.. not even a single Yield sing lol... one house evry half KM or so.

Moncton.. = Pupulation 100,000 + and growing fast, very similar to your video, cyclists stop only at intersections when traffic is running thru the other direction.. otherwise.... you do the old " Stand on the pedals.. look both ways... make sure it's safe to go and keep rollin!

Cops permit this behavior without problem. But.. cut a car off and have him beep at you... it could be a problem.. but in this case you are asking for trouble...
