Votol EM-150 2sp problems

Hi, I'm setting up my electric scooter with a votol em150-2sp and a 72v battery, I connected B+, B-, ignition to B+ and canbus programming cable of the controller: it turns on and I can program it from the pc but I can't get it to move the qs motor using neither the virtual throttle or a physical one! Here's the programming:


Does anyone know what that fault code means? I tried contacting syaecosys but it seems that after you've bought one of their machine it's not their business anymore.

I think it might pop up when you try to run it with the wrong motor settings. Did you run the autocalibration? Your throttle values look a bit weird, is this really what's on the throttle line?

Hi, I didn't know of any auto calibration
Do you know I just connecting throttle and battery is sufficient to make it spin?

There's a self-learn procedure which you can enable by assigning it to a specific pin temporarily. After controller power up, it will attempt to detect motor settings for you. If you're unsure if your motor settings are correct, then it might help.

Hi, little update, sadly I tried the procedure for self phase angle calibration but I doesn't seem to work, nothing happens. I adjusted the throtte voltages according to what I measured with my multimeter. I also notice that the controller shows me RPMs in the display page only if I connect without checking the canbus. Sometimes I get the undervoltage/overvoltage error, sometimes Hall, sometimes nothing. Do you guys have any other idea? I have a hub motor hooked up to it.


UPDATE: I managed to make it moove a bit by switching to debug mode with the tildes, even cranking up the simulated throttle it moves very slowly
