What Electric Vehicles are using 18650's?

Actually Tesla now uses 21700s that are custom manufactured for them by Panasonic. The 18650s got phased out with the older version of Model S/X

and what prompted this question markz?
anything to do with my tesla existential threat hypothesis?

18650 is a terrible highZ cell but because in a BEV size pack power scales at a faster rate by the time you meet the energy requirement, you compensate for the impedance & is rendered somewhat moot.
for a large pack the form factor is not so terrible but for something smaller you have to carefully watch drain rate/dissipation.
AIUI 21700 is slated to be the next power tool standard cell size (samsung,lg...) so even dewalt et. al. have concluded paralleling tiny cells is nutz.
my take on tesla graduating to 21700 is admitting/conceding/confirming 18650 was only a temp solution & a choice forced upon them.
even their migrating to nothing bigger than the next larger form factor surprised me only a little & shows that Tesla is still wary of sticking out their neck with anything other than the next mass-produced commodity FF.

I am guessing not.

next mass-produced commodity FF.

Which is probably related to why they are much more successful at producing long lasting high-capacity batteries then other EV manufactures. Taking advantage of commodities for economy of scale when your competitors are struggling with custom experimentation is pretty smart move.
