I have just sold my 36 volt 500 watt bike with a Yesscom kit and did not include the lipo batteries I have been using. I was concerned about lipo safety for the new owner as he does not have the RC background and equipment I have. I agreed to help him get set up with a commercial lithium pack and recommended Pings and a few others. He has ordered from an ebay seller this battery http://www.ebay.com/itm/161243409091?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2648 it is in a typical slide in case. Can anyone point me to the correct connector for this type of battery or maybe a rack that this could plug into? I am assuming of course there is a bit of standardization for these as there seem to be many identical ones on ebay. The seller only lists the batteries and a few models of bikes but no accessories.
Thanks for any help, Alex

I would struggle to comply with that. I wouldn't see it the 1st day, the 2nd it would be charged and they want results on the 3rd. Around the time I remember to open the parcel. Besides which, what they are saying is underhanded and ebay won't enforce it. They are having a laugh at our expense.

These fit a cage but i have never seen it offered. I have seen bikes fabricated with a tray behind the BB for it, but no aftermarket kit. We do see a lot of manufacturer stuff though, so fingers crossed.

What I don't understand is why you don't wave the buyer goodbye. They have set off on their own path now. Making their own decisions. You have to let them go. Give him some cable ties and tell him you don't know what he is doing.

If you take the bottom off the battery, you have access to the two main output wires. You can cut off the terminals and run them out through the holes in the bottom, then add whatever connector you want.

Those batteries are designed to locate on a base-plate that has two pins that engage with the outer two slots. If you buy the battery from BMSBattery, you get the base-plate and lock-rod with it.
