I just dropped my bike by leaning it on the garage which then fell. Motor started spinning and so I unplugged it it . I then plugged it back in and it kept spinning. Throttle is not stuck nor is any wiring damaged. It's a Mxus 3t with 12 get Infineon, ca v2.4 and Lipo at 20s.

Any ideas?

You prob knocked something loose in the throttle like a magnet, or pinched the throttle wire, without leaving exterior damage. I had my throttle get a short and jump to full power in traffic... I traced it to one spot on the throttle wire with no visible damage I could poke with my finger and make the motor go full blast. Trying a spare one if you have one should be the easiest thing before you dig deeper.

Unplug the throttle and see if it stops.

That way you can quickly eliminate the throttle as the issue.

Could also be an odd grounding issue. I had a problem where I set my throttle to trigger so close to the closed voltage, that a change in temp could make my bike move very slowly. (Set to 0.80v when resting was 0.75-0.83v)

On a twist throttle, the kind whose twist part is the inner grip, if the outer grip that is not part of the throttle, is pushed inward so that it presses on the inner twist grip, the friction between the two grip parts can cause the inner grip to stick in an open position.

Hope this helps.

The plastic stops inside the throttle break if you put too much force on them. The stops are essential for correct throttle operation. Any damage to them causes the throttle to run the motor when it shouldn't. You need a new throttle.
