So I just finished my e board. I'm running 2 3s batteries in series and a hobbywing 150a ESC. When I start going it will just randomly turn on the brakes. Also... the speed is always different. Sometimes it's fast. Sometimes it's slow. I attached a video.

All wires look good. I'm gonna try fully charging both batteries and the remote and see if it changes. Also... does this pulley look lopsided to you guys?

I think I fixed it.

I fully charged both batteries and the reciever and the board runs great. I think when I made that video one battery had a different voltage from the other. Something like 10.8V and 10.2V. I don't know if that could have been a factor but it rides great now.

always solder the wires from the esc to the receiver otherwise vibrations will eventually disconnect your servo connections or loosen them up causing breaking instantly.

on the GT2B, you must configure the failsafe which will save you many issues; in other terms when you have lost of connection or just disable the receiver for whatever reason, the motors just don't brake; they keep rolling.

For me the GT2B was already preset to the failsafe. I'm assuming they all should be configured that way. But definitely important!
