Worlds smallest bike

No doubt there is a clip on You tube, maybe this is even very old.

I just saw a clip on the morning news about a russian that has the worlds smallest bicycle. About 5 inches long, and mabye 3 inches tall, but he can actually ride it. Way to go dude. Amazing!
