I´m thinking of converting my Yamaha Xmax 125 into a hybrid. I would like to change out the front wheel (15 inches) for a hub motor and link it up to a controller and small battery that I´ll recharge from the petrol motor. I would like about 10,000W of max power. I´ll hook up the motor to the throttle so it will be an all wheel drive scooter! The scooter as it stands puts out 11,000W all the to back wheel so I on´t want to go over 10,000W to the front wheel.

Let me know what you think, and if anyone has any suggestions for a hub motor or controller that would be very much appreciated.

Have you ever been on a motorcycle that has washed out the front wheel?....It hurts. Say bye bye to a straight collar bone.
Its going to handle like a brick, already in the shape of a scooter (not nimble), super heavy front wheel that is skewing your potential grip figures.
Any grip used for steering cant be used for accelerating and vice-versa.
Do you really need two hub motors?....talk to QS about a custom highpowered hub...only one to maintain, only one controller...etc..
