Hey, guys. I understand this isn't "fully" a DIY problem, but I'm wondering what's going on and what about it might be DIY fixable.
I got the Giant Monster R8 earlier this month, and it's never been able to power the display on.

Replacement display didn't help. Changing out the 3A fuse for the 1A the display warning label implied SHOULD'VE been used didn't help either, but the new 1A fuse never blew anyway.
BMS can be connected to. Says all cells are fine. Fully charging didn't help. Resetting the BMS in its app via bluetooth didn't help. Battery-controller connectors all show full pack voltage on both sides. Controller-side display connector shows full pack voltage. Nothing else in the controller compartment shows power, though; nor do the display pins.

Would it be a defective controller, defective power (red) or communication (orange) wiring leading from the controller? Is something in the BMS is blocking power to the display? I'm confused. Yisuntrek have been cool about tips and replacing parts. Hotwiring the red and orange pins in the controller-display connection didn't help, even though a video Yisuntrek showed me indicated that was a viable forced power-on method for the controllers, from the manufacturer themselves.
All connections and wires look intact. BMS log looks fine, but I'm new to the more in-depth details of scooter ownership. Road test before shipment was fine.
72v 100ah. 2x 5kw hub motors. Li-ion with ANT BMS. LIVIAE controllers and display.

*FIXED, except for one problem: Deck underglow lighting not turning on. All other lights are fine. No error codes. 2 female connectors labeled "light strip" coming from the controllers, and one male connector coming from the voltage converter.
