Hello,
I have bpm2 48v 500w motor, bmsbattery s12s controller, 48v battery and I installed new software by this guide:https://opensourceebikefirmware.bitbucket.io/windows_instructions/index4.html but the motor doesnt work good.
I don't know what to put in Throttle min and max (I can check the voltage but I do not understand how to convert it).
I use only throttle and do not have PAS.
Do you know how to fix it?
thank you

If that is not official software, so could be a bug in it

but the motor doesnt work good.
could be hall/phase wire combo mismatch, maybe a LVC problem because mine slows down getting near lvc

I don't know what to put in Throttle min and max
I dont see it in the picture. Besides that, I know who might know the values you seek for those inputs ------> teklektik

Do you know how to fix it?
Not off hand, my guess is maybe the throttle values are single digits 1-9. As for motor doesnt work good, could be the non-genuine software if it is so, or damage wiring, damage to circuit board, motor problem. I mentioned my best choices for you to check in my second comment from the top, above

thank you
you are welcome

I can't remember what I did when I was able to get into the Lyen modified Xie-Chang's (aka Infineon) controller, with the Lyen supplied software.

Are those numbers (43 and 182) you typed in, or were they default values?
The other values for other inputs maybe wrong or not, causing problems in motor operation.
One that sticks out is 154 on Under Voltage Limit, which is most likely the Low Voltage Cutoff (LVC) making your motor not run or run for a bit like sputtering then stopping.

Its like when I ask for help at the grocery store, and ask where the Sweet Sliced Pickles are and the clerk points to right in front of me, right at eye level about 6'4" or 6'5" above the ground.
I don't know what to put in Throttle min and max
I dont see it in the picture.

Hi
There is any way to install the stock software back?
And I think the throttle settings are fine but still there is other problem.
The motor doesnt start good, its hard to spin the wheel when the power is on

Change that 154 value as mentioned in my previous post.

As for stock software, you may have to contact the seller, but rereading your 1st post
bpm2 48v 500w motor, bmsbattery s12s controller,
The stock software is probably hanging around for easy access. There are some more in the know then me.

From ES builder d8veh, on his new sine-wave controller hooked up to a GNG gen-2: “..It’s definitely quieter than a KU123. It’s not silent. it makes a slight whirring noise, and at certain speeds/powers you can get a bit of resonance, but still not quite as loud as a square wave controller…This one will be my preferred controller for all future builds…” [BMS-Battery, 500W, 36V/48V model: S12S]

Revealed two links
The firmware sources are available on github and the developers and users communicate together on the Endless forum message
Those two links are below, perhaps someone saved the stock program.

The undervoltage limit is /3.7 by this guide: https://opensourceebikefirmware.bitbucket.io/windows_instructions/index4.html
so 154 means 41.62v.
I tried to change the "motor specific angle" and it changed the way the motor starts. what is the standard hall sensors angle?
