IIRC The throttle does not go through the Cycle Analyst and therefore those values mean nothing. Check your wiring, I think you will find that the throttle goes directly to the controller.

Hi Turbo9111 See this post for the likely answer to your vboxx problems https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=23996&p=968818&hilit=+vboxx+lost#p968818 I got the parts from Stealth to fix the box but it took over 1 year of waiting. I would recommend sending the box to Suntour...

Hi Jim Don't hold your breath on this. Stealth also tell me that they are working with Suntour on getting parts for my Vboxx. This process started over 15 months ago and so far I have nothing.

You could try: http://www.batrium.com/ No mosfets in their BMS. Control can be via a contactor. You can set the balance voltage to what ever you like.

I was concerned about this too. So I took the spring out of the shock so I could compress it all the way and measure the required clearance. A safe clearance is about 1cm between the shock and the seat post. On my bike you could get away with a bit less (about 7mm) but I doubt that all the...

No, they are not all mine. Was your Sabvoton install on a stealth? What do you think the maximum safe amps would be to take from the standard Bomber battery? Anyone else have experience with this? Allex?

    E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

Yes, the orange one has a Sabvoton controller. Only just installed, it's running very stock amps from the standard battery, so performance is similar to the others. Throttle control is excellent, much more linear. The motor noise is greatly reduced if not eliminated (i.e cannot be heard over...

The Bomber family has multiplied. How many Stealth bikes can you get in the one shot? (Excluding factory or dealer photos.)

Further to what QMS said: Looking at 3 different Bomber wheels, from an old model to a fairly new one, it looks to me that the original wheels have greater misaligned spokes and nipples than a Bomber motor on a Pro Wheel. See for yourself: Thanks to Rix for his work in testing out lots of...

Hi Emmett Was that video at Terry Hills? I rode there a couple of months back, didn't finish the trails, need to get back there.

Yes, I know all about that. The box will have to be pulled apart, the problem is with a spring on the input shaft freewheel. There are two ways to get this fixed, 1. Have the box sent off to an authorized vboxx service center. 2. Do it yourself or have a non authorized service center do it. I...

Yes, if you have a press at home. I have just removed an axle from a bomber motor with a cheap 6 ton press. Wasn't very hard to do. If you are not used to doing this sort of thing, just take it to somebody with a press and they will sort you out fairly quickly. Once you have a suitable...

I would not recommend using WD40 for this. You risk washing out grease from parts of the box that cannot be regreased by injecting new grease into the 4 ports. You should do as the Vboxx manual recommends and use a low viscosity gear box oil.

That's great news T.V. On my personal bomber my bearings are not "velvet" smooth. I just wanted to see what yours were like. Thanks for checking.

Yes, my bike was MexicanBatman's, but my bearings are ok. I was replacing the bearings on another bike. Around here bombers are like wolves, they hang out in packs. ☺

As I said before, only tighten to 10Nm any more and you will crush that "light duty" bearing. Theodore, can you check something for me? Once you have your swing arm pivot bearings back on, disconnect your shock. Then check the smoothness of the pivot bearings by moving the swing arm up and...
