    Of the 20 used emoli packs I have dismantled, I have only found 2 colors. Bright white, and off white. Never that brown. I am assuming those are all brand new, and maybe they changed their packaging.

    I got the same impression from Zane. He is a great guy and will talk to you til the sun goes down, but where is the product? I am glad I went ahead and got my money back. I don't have to worry with it anymore.

    It is more than likely a 12v charger which means you can charge each of your batteries seperately. If it is the kind that has a 50amp fast charge, I wouldn't use that, only the 1 amp (or whatever it has) slow charge.

    OK, what is the lowest voltage these cells can get before they are unusable? I found plenty of cells sitting at 3.5 volts, but a majority are around 2.8. Is that too low, or will they recharge back to 3.5? Thanks

    Just got 6 28 volt milwaukee limn from a couple local centers. I did have to pay $5 a piece though. He told me that is what he got for them and couldn't give them to me for free. Still pretty good though.

    That is interesting. That was probably the problem with the SLA's being used for cars.

    I would say that the Honda batteries are kept topped off most of the time. This is not the case on an e-bike since we don't lug around a generator. A regen controller helps some, but I have only heard reports of around 15% less charging time with a regen controller.
