So I tried sodering some 10 AWG turnigy wire into some pre installed 4mm HXT Connectors but they just dont fit? I pre sodered the wire and filled the hold just it doesn't fit? Do I need to cut some cable out so it will fit?

Yeah, I'd cut a bit of cable out so that way they fit better. I'd solder the wire and cut a piece of the wire off diagonally. Fit it in and just re-heat it.
Can you check your email? I sent some pictures regarding the motor pulley. I think it may be wrong size

You need to apply solder to the end of the wire before you strip it. This will hold the strands together tightly when the insulation is stripped. Once it is stripped you need to carefully tin the wire as not to let it come unwound from applying too much heat.
Once I tin the wire it gets thicker around so idk if it would fit. And if I fill the home with soder it would dry before I'd bring cable in

You cut the wire.. You need a pretty powerful soldering iron that gets real hot and you can feed solder into the wire with the insulation around it. So once you strip it.. It comes out nice and compact. That's the best way to do it..

But if you have a soldering iron that doesn't get hot enough. You'll have to do the method which I mentioned and solder the wire after stripping it and cutting part of it off with wire snips that way you can fit it into the plug.

this is my problem http://imgur.com/nd7cs3O

For this sort of soldering iron you don’t need temperature as much as MASS. Big difference but common for people to buy large wattage or high heat soldering irons when they really only need a large tip.

I use a 60W iron on 4mm Bullets with a hammerhead tip. Perfect job every time but I've gotta lot of soldering rework experience.

I dunno where you got those connectors but the plastic is gonna melt before you ever get the contact hot enough to accept solder. I use regular 4mm Bullets and slip the plastic insulator over once the job is soldered and the parts have cooled.

People really should practice large format soldering before attempting to do it when it matters.
