Nope, not using normal math. You can’t fit 65 cells into a 52 cell case.

Are you welding this battery? I only ask as building batteries is not without risk and so if you're not familiar I really recommend watching some videos on reading up on battery construction. Especially if kids are going to be sitting on top of it!

Or tbh consider buying one pre built, although that also isn't without risk as many battery sellers don't make good batteries!

If you're already a dab hand with spot welding and have watched all the videos in the world, ignore me 🙂
 
One of the problems I had with those Hailong cases is that you need a small BMS that fits. I've used these Annpower models, which come with the on/off switch, if your case has one.

Double check the cell positions before you weld any metal down. If you've done it wrong, the cells can be short circuited. At best, they will vent, and be ruined. At the worse, they catch on fire.

Thanks for asking I’ve rebuilt a few batteries and and have a really nice wellder . Also replaced the odd BMS
Yes battery’s are deadly huge current.
