looks like the emails got overlaoded at christams time.
jrh has since contacted me and are arranging a throttle to be shipped as soon as they have stock.
i guesse this sort of thing just happens some times...
Every now and then something slips by us, and sometimes it slips by more than once. Thanks for being extremely patient and kind about it. We got new throttles in stock and will send one your way (if my worker didn't do it already).
I'm building a set of 19s for my daily commuter now. What really pisses me off (while building wheels) is that none of the available rims are close to having the right nipple hole angles. The run of MMP 17s assemble so beautifully compared to just buying whatever 17 has the right number of holes. Looks like time to get some 19s made I suppose.
I also find that smaller wheels are not as slow as expected. For example, I laced up a regular bafang hub into 16" bicycle rims. General thought would be that speed would be 60% of MTB wheels, or 12mph for 36v vs the regular 20mph. They still get up to about 16mph because of the reduced amp load and voltage drop inside the motor. Makes for a pretty ripping "kids" bike
