6 punctures in 16 months, help!

Putting on Schwalbe tires is very much like mounting a motorcycle tire.
Not a single one came to me that wasn't under-sized and a huge pain to mount.

I've found that Kenda tires have superior puncture resistance and are consistently a tiny bit oversized, so they can usually be mounted by hand.

Isn't that a good sign though. Once on the tire will hug the rim better?

Ok, guys. I removed a wheel. That corroded part on the wire bead is not that highly visible. It is a small part. I think outer tire will still hold

My plastic levers are good. No problem with them. Need 3 to remove the tire. I found techniques. Sometimes can be pilled off a small amount of tyre.

I can't rule out the possibility that a broken spoke punctured the tire.

A few months ago, my rim with motor was on service. The mechanic replaced a motor from the old (broken) rim to the other rim.
Now the rim bellow track is in messy. Maybe the above bolt is greased from service. And other dust/sand dont know where did it come from.

I can clean the rim with a dry cloth and blow away dust with a mini compressor, but that does not guarantee that something will not come out again from inside that double-wall rim.

And inner tube many paths I found, including black path where hole is. Possible that is rim squeezed it. Ot that cheap tires can broken on paths where they connected.

Exactly. Something of that is true.
