Hi All,

does anyone know if there is such a charger that can charge 14s (58.8v) and has variable amp settings? I'd like the option to be able to fast charge at say 10amps or slow charge at 1-5 amps for example?

Ideally within the UK/EU for speed of postage ideally....but not the end of the world if not.

Thanks All....

That is a tasty option, thank you. I have emailed them to see if they have them in UK stock...thank you!

Wow, nice coordination with their BMS for per-cell HVC.

Lots of possibilities there, ramp current down once start-balancing voltage reached, keep going until "finished" balancing, user custom defined setpoint?

Look forward to getting more details and IRL owner reports

Cycle Satiator will do up to 8A, and you can set all sorts of profiles for different voltages and currents, but it is expensive (though no more than the Chargery unit).

The flip side is it's desgined to mount on a bike or vehicle and resist the weather and vibrations (which I haven't seen in much else in the ebike charger range). Mine has lasted 5 years so far, with one problem with the screen and charging cord that could've been caused by one of my St Bernards dragging it around the yard to chew on (more than once!).

What pack are you charging that you need 10A for? Not all packs can handle a fast charge like that.

Thanks, the satiator is on the list for sure.

The packs will be bms controlled 14s6p vt6 cells.

It's not so much i need a 10a charge rate i just like to have options...slow charge or fast charge you know...

I have the chargery one.
It lasted 5 minutes... But after repairing it has been doing a good job charging my 14S pack at 10A :thumb:

Oh bugger. Such mixed reviews on chargery. How long has it been working since you've had it back?

i repaired it myself. it's been doing well for two weeks now.

Fault was hard to catch, one SMD resistor in the PFC circuit was bad. This manifested only when charging high current(10Amps).

People seem to have quality issues with another chargery chargers, but the C10325 seems to be ok. (found nobody complaining about that one, well, except for myself :D)
