Ananda D13 LCD speed unlock?

Do anyone know how to change the speed limit on the ananda d13 display?
i have a momas jason pro from norway purchased from ewheel.no
i have tried to go in to the display setting by holding down + and - but the only thing i can change is sleep time and something called lsd and dia.
is there any way to change the speed limit through the display setting or do you need a usb cable to program or a chip/new cpu?
what is best and cheapest? any one know. please help!

I don't think it's possible by d13 display, you can change speed settings by holding + for 10 seconds, then code 6262, changea will be stored but speed limiter still on. I also looking for software to unlock motor, only thing I found is MTT hub chip A for Ananda M145, M150. Does anyone knows a solution?
