Ant bms apps headache!

I have an ant bms 20s 80a and struggling with the Bluetooth connectivity, I have tried 2 different phones and 3 different apps on each, including vbms.
Bms is powered on and will allow charging/balancing, phones both recognise the Bluetooth and the bms appears in the device lists on each app (apart from vbms)
However I can't get it to connect to the apps, it'll pair and unpair t my phones Bluetooth but just won't talk to the apps?

I'm also having a similar problem, I had a BMS that was working fine until I did a boot update via the app. After the update, the Bluetooth connection stopped functioning properly. I’ve tried different apps, and while some show "connected," no data is sent or received (the BMS no longer beeps when given commands). I suspect the device is bricked, possibly due to an incompatible boot update.

I also connected it to a PC using the Ant BMS app, which shows "connected," but no commands are received. Finally, I tried using a TTL converter, but I see no voltage on the VCC pin, so I’m unsure if the board is incompatible or damaged.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same issue. I was updating BMS software when somebody call me. Update processus has been cut in middle. Now BMS don't answer...
