Any High Powered, Sporty Handling Ebikes?

No practicable e-bicycle is fast enough to feel sporty on pavement. Even 2-3kw really isn't that fast, certainty not fast enough to need suspension tuning.

However a long travel FS bike can be ridding kind of like a super moto motorcycle using an upright stance. That same bike can turn various urban features such as stairs and curbs into a playground.

I commute a 200mm travel DH bike and there isn't a thing I'd touch with the suspension. Tires are the limiting factor for grip in all dimensions. If anything I may look at slightly wider rims for a wider contact patch.

3kw is lame. The fun starts at 10kw, performance 20+kw. Tuning a bike is not only a matter of speed. Geometry and suspension need to be tuned to optimize grip, handling and cornering on pavement. Lower your DH bike on 24’’ wheels, 65mm rims, 3 inch tires. Sag you fork 50% and stiffen its gate, slacken you steer angle and widen your cockpit to put your weight on the front. Extend the wheelbase 2’’ with extended torque plates on the rear. Buy high C rate RC lipo and a 30 lbs hub...

Many DH frames are making a very good street ride with exciting acceleration and +70 mph top speed.

I have zero interest in hub motors since they completely ruin suspension performance anywhere except a perfectly smooth trail.

20kw isn't going to be actually fast, it'll just feel that way due to the inability of the chassis to handle it. Once you put it in a competent chassis you will have a realistic feel for the performance. For 20kw that means a dirtbike chassis and I've ridden those for years with +60hp which is fun enough but doesn't need lowered suspension to perform on the street, just 17" rims.
