these are the ones with in-frame batteries. the Herald and Sabre. the way they go in leaves little room for pins to engage. i have 3 and 2 are burnt. they were the reason igot em for 10% of MSRP. anyway, they sell the connector pair on line. email ask@senadabikes.com. i would also like to hear from you to get an idea how many fail. my small sample size says 2 out of 3... i am also looking into seeing if another plug that size-shape has 4 big power pins instead of 2 power and 4 useless little tiny contacts. you can see 1 pushed in and the other welded. and both female connectors pushed in.
