your other pics weren't showing and all i saw was this which looks like none. maybe theyre there but doesnt look like it. maybe i imagine too many possibilities that arent there.

I can see why you thought that, but the insulating barely paper is actually there...it's just red like the cells.

That pack was made back in 2017 when I was first starting out, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a few lessons learned, but missing cell insulators is not one of them.
