I was doing my dad a favor by turning his bicycle onto an Ebike with a 500w Bafang geared hub motor, a 500w controller, and a 48v 10 lifepo4 pack. I received a Bafang bpm 500w for a 26 inch rim so the topspeed is about 42 km/h, everything is fine except a very loud noise a startup till 10km/h.

Listen to the above video, has someone a idea how to solve this problem ? There is a black bolt on the discbrake side, that goes a bit inside the hub, it was a bit loose, and when thightning this bolt the freewheeling became heavier, so I made it a bit loose again, can this be a problem ?
