Bafang drive will not stay alive unless the battery button is kept pushed down.

Issue found by opening the (fixed...) battery pack and finding a cracked wire. Just as a guess, and with the warranty void anyway, I replaced the wire. Lesson learned; don't trust professionally fixed parts.

This topic could be removed, for me, it doesn't help others. I'll report it.

Hey, thanks for the post. I think we should leave it up because it's another example of checking and double checking connections. That is helpful for others.
