I have an Amazon spot welder for batteries. Is there a plastic tool thing or something that will hold the probes for me to keep the tips of the electrodes the same distance apart from each other the whole time, sort of like a one hand tool to hold the probes? Also is there a specific tool to keep the probes clean?

Do you have a 3d printer? If so, you could design something simple to hold them at, say, a 45 degree angle. I did that:

As for cleaning the tips. I use a bench grinder or power drill with a brass brush every few hundred welds.

Right, something like that. There's not a commercial product that I can buy that will hold them for me that I can get off like Amazon?

Interesting, brass bush. Probably good idea.

I'm trying to do a pack that can support 60 A continuous. What would you recommend I use for the series connections for strip material and dimensions? This is for a power tool battery pack.
