Bbs02 pas not working

I'm a total noob to this kind of thing and thought I'd have a go at converting my mtb to electric .Fitted the kit no problem but on my first test ride l was getting no pas. Throttle works okay and walk mode works ,what have I done wrong

New or used BBS02? I have had to replace the pedal sensor board before, and a busted magnet ring as well when that started wandering around in there. Wheel speed sensor seems the likeliest to crap out, but pedal sensor failure is not rare.

Fixing it isn't fun, but it's not sorcery either. Greenbikekit.com has all the relevant replacement parts. Before you do that, though, open up the controller compartment and make sure everything is plugged in fully.

Checking out the controller is going to be my next port of call ,will let you know if I discover anything wrong

Checked out the controller and everything connected and looking OK.l have noticed that when I power on the 850c display the assist levels are in red (disabled ??) Is this normal
