BesTech Power CRAP! ... parts needed?

Hi guys, I bought a BMS from this crappy (BesTech Power) and I received bad BMS. This bad company not respect her warranty.

I found the problem about it, it have four transistor blown. Can you indicate to me where I can find it? Is written on it AFBV14, I found anything about it.

When I use it, it come constantly warm, regardless the battery voltage and the battery pack come empty.

I tried other same BMS and all is good.

Sorry, dunno what part your need but BesTech Power is one of the WORST companies I’ve ever dealt with.

They hide behind the fact they’re not a retailer but they seem to enjoy treating “us” like dirt.

You can buy comparable BMS with better customer service protection(s) via eBay/PayPal.

The shipping cost is very high, you can't choose cheaper way. I sent them many email about my problem and they said only, We tested each BMS before shipping! That's it Lying! I can fix it but they don't want to help me.

First time and last time I buy from them!

Did you get to correspond with Ada, Henry or both? It's a clown ride...

Not only is shipping expensive, 2 MOQ (minimum order quantity) makes for a very expensive BMS proposition.
