Bosch Performance Cx remove speed restriction?

I hear you can remove the 25 km/h speed restriction on a Bosch Performance Cx motor. Ideally I'd like to avoid paying the 150£ some of these guys take for some small tuning chip. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I did it now with only a single magnet. Have ridden about 20km with it so far, and it works absolutely great.
