I'm learning about electric bikes, my question is I moved to palm springs a couple of hrs ago before that I drove my bike into storage there it sat for about three weeks then I brought it here jumped on it turned it on everything worked but the throttle can someone help me fix this bike please.

Do you want some advice online or a mechanic on-site?
For a start in advice:

1. Look at all of the wire connectors between the throttle and controller, and motor and controller.
2. Look at the wires and use your fingers to feel for damage to the insulation.
3. Double-check the state of charge on the battery.
4. Check the power switch to make sure it is fully on.

(I know nothing about that make of bike so the advise is purely generic.)

Number one thing to check...Does the pedal assist work??( checks if it's the throttle itself)

unblug and replug sometimes fixes things....

Try unplugging the Brake leads. Could be one of the Brake switch(ES) are operated.
