Inauspicious beginnings. That's what I keep telling myself.
Took Bezos 20 years to build his Rome.
And I'm sure there was some kind of runup prior to starting Amazon.
Looks like he was working for Wall Street hedgefunds in the computer field in his 20s. Then at 30, he founded Amazon.
Well, I wouldn't call that inauspicious, lol.
But, it seems I'm right on track. I started my internet company enterprises when I was 29 easily making more than local wages the first year and it substantially increased the year later. We'll see where it's at in 20 years.
Amazon's the "everything store" just like Walmart. Making them direct competitors.
And Escargot (Snails) is rubbery and insipid. I much prefer the taste of oysters and substantially cheaper too.
