Are there any laws against riding more than one bike at once? Maybe electro-magnetic side-by-side coupling, but with independent steering so they can instantly pop apart. Would that be a legal cheater way to get 4 wheel stability in the winter?

Why not stay within the law and have a winter sidecar? Use it when you want, put the battery/cargo/passenger in there for ballast. Take it off come springtime.

If you use a front hub motor on the bike, and another hub motor on the sidecar, you could have all wheel drive.

2 bicycles = double the legal power.

A one wheel drive asymmetric trike seems like it would be really terrible in the snow. You'd have serious problems turning toward the sidecar, as it would lift your drive wheel.

Bikes with the right tires do just fine on slippery roads, you just need to get good :)

Are you saying all the scared people England, Australia, Europe and Amurika can go achieve 251W or more!

Yet same people speed, spit, litter, throw their cigs on the ground, road rage etc etc etc.

I have ridden a bicycle, carrying a bicycle.
Done that a few times.
People must've thought I was a thief.
