Hello, I'm making my first version of stainless steel fan, for Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 motor. Just wanted to know, if anyone else is interested.
The sides are 1mm and blades 0.8mm laser cut sheet, laser welded together. 20 blades, but can be made with less (10, 5, etc.)
Outer diameter is 100mm
Also, I can make similar cooling fans for other motors...

This is exactly the style of fan that should work best. Straight radial blades (like those shown) will work quite well, and are also reversable, but angled blades that are curved or straight will flow more air.

And here Recumpense/Matt's fans with straight blades that are angled.

My version (made in less than an hour :D)
