Guys,
I’m running a 48v 520W brushless mid-mount motor. The standard controller (generic Chinese) has a 10 amp continuous rating and 20 amp maximum. It failed after less than 1,000 kms and has been replaced under warranty.
As this is on the bike I use as a commuter I don’t want it failing every couple of weeks, even if I can get it replaced on warranty.
Any suggestions as to a make of reliable & robust controller and appropriate size would be appreciated as well as either the name of an Australian distributor or on-line retailer would be appreciated.
