A rare mini e-bike with disc brakes and full suspension! This is the kind of bike I've been looking for for a while, so I'm delighted I discovered it. Although it's not my style, my 5ft. wife finds it ideal as she can't ride most bicycles. This bike is comparable to the cheap Engwe T-14, but it's twice as expensive and its the best of this design (IMO).
New 48v 1200w 30A controller for eScooter (I adore these trigger-style throttles!)
Custom tail/headlight wiring for controller (PITA!)
New quality folding pedals
New high-quality tires
Better quality fenders (hard plastic)
New 48v 18.5ah lithium battery
Full suspension (2 rear, 2 mid, and front!)
Schwinn BMX style grips
Future upgrades:
Better quality rear/mid suspension
Rear foot pegs
Solid rubber tires

My only complaint is about the gear ratio. The bike's top speed was 16–18 mph at first, but now it's closer to 22–28 mph, and pedaling beyond 18 mph is useless. For a little bike like this, what combination of sprocket sizes would be ideal?
