Any thoughts on this kit?

I am building a stealth bike clone using a vector frame and want it to be an offroad monster. As far as I can see the controller and motor are fierce but I am wondering where to find a battery (vendor, wattage - 72, 96, etc) that will make the motor scream without overpowering the controller.

Please educate me!

The TC40 is no where near a 6000W rated motor. It's more like 2100W rated. It only has 40mm magnets. at 3000W it will overheat in under 10 minutes. For that kind of money, you can do a lot better. Or for half that about the same.

Yes, it's more like 2000W rated and overly expensive for what it is..
I believe that they are still using 0.5mm laminations on that motor too. Efficiency is good but not impressive compared to the competition.

I would take the leafmotor or MXUS 3kW V2 over this overpriced motor any day.
