Did the bike ever work for you?

If so, what specifically happened between the time it worked and the time it did not?

What exactly does "won't go on electric" mean, in detail?

BTW, I moved your ebike troubleshooting thread out of Bicycle Mechanical and Structural into the Ebike Troubleshooting forum so people will see you need help with it. ;)

YeaYea the bike worked for about 3months then it stopped. And I took it to a shop where he said it needed a new battery which was €330.when I went to pick the bike up it was saying it was fully charged but still just wouldn’t work . He also put a new control board on aswell and still no luck

What *exactly* does "then it stopped" mean?

What did the shop say, exactly, in detail, and did it work for them?

If it didn't work for them, then there's not much reason to pay them for the parts or work?

Did they keep your old parts, or give them back to you, or reinstall them? (because if they replaced the parts and it didn't fix it, they aren't the problem, but they might help you find out what is *really* wrong--without them, you are stuck trying to figure out what the shop could have done wrong with the new parts, or if the new parts are even any good, or if they are even compatible with your system, etc).

The less you tell us the less we can help.

The quicker you provide as much specific exact detail as possible, the quicker we can make relevant suggestions.

It was a shop in Spain . They didn’t give me the old battery but gave me the control panel . In the shop he showed me that the panel was lit up and that it stated the battery was full . I then tried to pedal and the electric side wasn’t working even tho the panel was!. I was told that because it was a 2014 Chinese bike it was too old to fix .I asked for my money back and was refused .

What was wrong with the display?

Unfortunately it sounds as if you got taken for a ride. Most batteries don't just die, so you would check it with a voltmeter. A controller can suddenly burn-out, but unless you were over-stressing it, that doesn't seem likely. If a controller burned out, you would probably be able to see damage.
Many E-bikes have 2-3 safety features on them, that will cut the electricity. Brake levers can cut the motor; some mid-drive bikes have a shift sensor, that cuts the motor. my bike stops working with an error code if one of the hub power wires are disconnected.
I also had a light wire get crushed and develop a hidden short; every time I turned on the light-or used the horn, my motor would stop, and I had to restart whole system
In short, with a sudden loss of electricity. unless I smell something burning, I look for the interrupter to normal operations.
Note: brake levers that turn off motors can get stuck or broken and permanently short your motor, till they are fixed.

PS, get you old battery back.
